Dive Deeper Into Our Collective Stories March 28, 3:00-4:30ET

Out of Africa comes ancient music, dance and songs that heal. We will create ritual together...Defining and Refining our Commitments using the Swahili principal of UMOJA (Unity, Oneness)! We will have the opportunity to Write and Dance our stories as we deepen our connections with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. It is always exciting to experience how these powerful practices can transform our negative habits in to powerful assets, turning impediments into opportunities. Come join us in this opportunity to dive deeper into our personal and collective stories! We dance...we write...we listen...we taste: compassion, joy, and justice! We are the shoulders on which the offspring, generations to come, will stand as we uncover our Voice... our Truth...and our Bliss!
